Some of the mereological sums expressed in the disjoint_union_over.owl component may be bogus if: * there can exist a structure that is part of the whole but overlaps more than one part, or * the whole may contain other parts that are not listed in the sum. We remove all equivalence axioms for sums where we cannot positively confirm that the statements above do not apply. Related to #3181.
