request for file structure

I would like to suggest that we have shortcut relations in a separate file that 
imports the core file of atomic relations. In this way, one can import the 
whole of RO easily whilst not cluttering things up. Specific shortcuts can then 
just be MIREOTed in as needed. 

What do you all think?
