Description
This logs the source name when a coreaudio device gets initialized.
Motivation and Context
The main motivation is to help with support, allowing to figure out which source is using which device from log alone, a similar improvment was made for wasapi sources.
How Has This Been Tested?
It currently has not been tested as I do not have a macos device to test it on.
