First commit is
Rename MSVC CI to MSVC 4.12.1 CI. That freezes the 4.12.1 CI support files in place. At some point (perhaps soon after 4.14.0 is working) they can be deleted.Second commit is the actual addition of OCaml 4.14.0 to MSVC CI. That comes through an upgrade of
dkml-workflowsfrom1.1.0to1.2.0. Literally the "What is the workflow to update the generated files?" instructions inci/setup-dkml/README.mdwere followed.
