We add support for 8 and 24 bit color codes.

I think this is getting ugly enough that we should probably pull out ocamllex to do this work.

Marking as draft for now as I have a working prototype, but it would be nicer if we had a dedicated lexer and more efficient writing to buffers than I currently have implemented. I will continue to do passes on this when I have the time.

@rgrinberg I've added all your suggestions but the ocamllex one, as that will require some more refactoring. Maybe it is not worth doing it in this PR?

Okay, we can delay using ocamllex, but at least move the parsing code to the toplevel. Right now it's quite hard to read because of all the wrapping and all the unrelated variables in scope.

I should also note that this is a modified fold_left, but due to the need for a lookahead we cannot just use fold_left.

Made parsing tail-recursive and fixed the parse_styles call. I also removed the List.rev.

- Bump minimum version of the dune language for the melange syntax extension
  from 3.7 to 3.8 (ocaml/dune#7665, @jchavarri)
