Fix mlgmpidl homebrew

In a similar fashion to what has been proposed (and accepted for merge) for this PR : #25592, we provide a fix for macos homebrew distribs.

Seemingly triggered by :

Any help would be welcome.

These are unrelated to this PR. There is a race in the build of some packages that gives rise to them, don't worry about it.

Since this is changing the build process, can you please release them as a new patch version: packages/mlgmpidl/mlgmpidl.1.2.15-1/opam?

I am not sure that the CI is happy with forcing the rewrite of the branch.
