Improve dune highlighting

The syntax for dune files is missing highlighting for certain keywords and other parts of the file format (operators, variables, etc):

Another nice thing to have would be proper syntax highlighting for dune files that use OCaml syntax. In other words, files that have the following first line: (* -*- tuareg -*- *)

The syntax can be updated using the syntax files in

You'll need a good understanding of Regular Expression to work on this, let me know if you'd like any resources on RegEx (e.g. https://medium.com/factory-mind/regex-tutorial-a-simple-cheatsheet-by-examples-649dc1c3f285 seems like a good introduction)

https://www.sitepoint.com/learn-regex/ also seems like a great tutorial, and I'd recommend using https://regex101.com/ as a playground to test different RegEx while learning about them.
