Towards #231: "[trader] Streamline Strategy Implementation and Introduce Backtesting"

Changes proposed in this PR:

  • Added a script to retrieve OPF predictions, currency pairs, timeframes, actual values, and timestamps. Export the data for each currency pair to a CSV file.

@trizin this PR is a week old. Is there something preventing it from being merged? Perhaps it's simply still wip?
