Display commit sorted by repo on the build page
Also modifies the condition to display the kill and rebuild buttons to make them less error prone.

• The kill button should not be displayed when viewed from a dev batch if the build is also attached to a main branch
• The rebuild button should not be displayed on a green build
• The rebuild button should be displayed when a build is being killed, or it's all its children are being killed.
