Most config as defined on runbot, partially dynamic, partially hardcoded in python steps. This hardcoded parts makes it difficult to test alternative solutions, but also to trasnsfer config from runbot python steps to runbot module logic. This commit proposes a solution to support config defined in the code supporting a config definition that suits our needs.
