What have you changed and why?
Information:
Changes 3CB's FIA to use 7.62 NATO Enfields.
Adds two random rolls for additional Enfield rifles for the TKM and FIA.
This will also make it so that both factions start with at least one beech and one walnut stocked enfield, while making some of the other enfield version appear on occasion.
