What have you changed and why?

Information: Removed CUP Cluster MLRS from a few templates, specifically the M270 DPICM, as the cluster munitions it uses are absolutely devastating against infantry and are unfun to play against.

Please verify the following and ensure all checks are completed.

2. Have you loaded the mission on a dedicated server?
