Make scale factor of opposite colored bishops endgame dependant on asymmetry of pawn structure.

In my opinion this patch shows that SF can use some more complicated endgame heuristics to evaluate endgames better from the distance.

Its possible that master was a little bit off.
Also, take into account that Total 421 Mean 3.99287 is a measurement based on the bench positions,
which are not necessarily representative.
The total 421 is quite low, so possibly only 1 of the bench positions did contribute.
