This PR contains all the work that is gonna be part of Authn.SDK 2.0.0. The main feature of 2.0.0 is adding support for .NET Core 3.x. All the work here has been reviewed already in individual PRs. Once this is merged, the new NuGet packages are generated on Artifactory.
