Make PZEM 3.3v compatible

To make PZEM serial port compatible with 3.3 volts logic it is required to replace SMD resistor that limits current through RX's optocoupler's LED, 430-510 Ohm values works just fine.

With this mod PZEM serial could be used both with 3.3 or 5 volts TTL partners, No other level converters required. When using PZEM with 3.3v logic (for ex. ESP8266 controllers) Vcc pin must be connected to 3.3v source.
