.fixed files do not have their progress bars removed

I found that #238 still occurred on clippy when testing #244, I think the issue may be that a bunch of .fixed progress indicators stick around indefinitely

closing this in favor of the other issue reopened. I'll do a ui test bump on clippy and test it locally with some failures
