Hadoop+HDFS+Hbase part of the stack

Hadoop + Hbase release for MU

This release now contains the following changes

• MU-114 - Implemented a full version of Hadoop + Hbase+ Hdfs
• This is now deployed as part of the stack deleting the previous hbase docker image we used

BDD for TradeInjectorFlink

This release includes the following:

• MU113 - BDD implemented on Trade Injector Flink

Kubernetes load balancer release

This release supports the following:

1. Removed Zookeeper lb on Microservices and switched to Kubernetes lb
2. Downgraded Kube setup to deal with Kubernetes lb
3. Made the scripts to handle different release versions
4. MU-112
