Site Managers and Creators have the ability to change site users, including themselves. They can delete themselves from a site, or change themselves to a Viewer.
When this change is saved, the Users page is reloaded just as it was, with a confirmation banner. If a user has removed their own permissions, they shouldn't be able to see this page any longer. So, of course, if they do anything further on the page, it will result in an error page next.
If a user has a permissions change that results in them no longer being able to view a particular page, they should be taken back to whatever parent page they do have access to (in this case, the site show page, or the site list).
Can the confirmation banner appear on that parent page instead?
