A lot of changes in this PR:

Two new scripts are added to create SPDX doc for built software product images. Also CVE reports can be created with the --cve_report option.
The bomsh_index_ws.py script has been enhanced to create indexing DB for source tarballs and git repo.
The other relevant bomsh scripts have also been enhanced to support the new functionality.
Miscellaneous fixes.
