We want to switch from Hadolint to Trivy, faster then later, hence this PR.
I've also tested Trivy on v0.9.rc2 - no issues reported: https://github.com/lukaszstolarczuk/unified-runtime/actions/runs/9064840972/job/24903973924#step:5:30
