Closes #2389
Work towards onflow/developer-grants#179

Description

This PR introduces the type Word256 to Cadence.

Will soon send the documentation PR along with Word128.


  • Targeted PR against master branch
  • Linked to Github issue with discussion and accepted design OR link to spec that describes this work
  • Code follows the standards mentioned here
  • Updated relevant documentation
