Ambiguous error when address is for different network

When trying to fund an account which exists on a different network, the error is somewhat ambiguous. This is important because it's easy to mix up testnet/mainnet addresses with Flow Reference Wallet especially. We should have a clear error indicating that it was an invalid address and that is why funding the account failed.
