I fixed the bugs that caused ERROR messages. The remaining WARN messages are of format:
"WARNING: document isn't included in any toctree"
These warns are resolved by adding tests/* to the toctree, but the generated toc isn't formatted properly.
The following documents in /docs/source/tests still need fixing:
http_host.rst, http_invalid_request_line.rst, http_requests.rst, tcpconnect.rst, template.rst, traceroute.rst, tutorial.rst
