Rename Dnstamper to dnsconsistency #35

As suggested by NF we should be renaming dnstamper to dnsconsistency as that is more logical as to what it does.

dnstamper is not actually checking for tampering, but is checking if a set of DNS resolvers are consistently producing the same answers.

For sake of report compatibility, for the time being the keys of the test have not changed.

  Fix typo in test writing documentation
