Run v2 - NMS: Tweaks to Test Overview screen

These are tweaks to help make the test overview screen a little more structured and clear:

• Above where we have 'install updates automatically', add a heading that says 'Test Settings' (using whatever default heading styles we have)
• Change it so 'Run Tests Automatically' is on one line (as in attached "mockup")
• I realize the multiple checkboxes exist in the case where there are multiple tests. But at least for NMS, I don't think that scenario would happen? It might look less confusing if there was one checkbox, beside the ' run tests automatically' setting.

These have been completed. There may be further tweaks when more people review, but I think this is good enough for now!
