Run v2 - NMS: Further UI Tweaks to test overview screen

Here are some further UI tweaks we would like to make to the test overview screen for the NMS app. See attached screenshot:

• replace the line 'Install updates automatically' with 'Install test updates automatically'
• remove the line 'Run tests automatically'
• replace the line 'Web Connectivity Test' with 'Test websites automatically' (and the checkbox should appear to the right of this)
• remove the up-tick/chevron that is currently to the right of 'Web Connectivity Test'
• remove or hide the Previous revisions section - it is confusing for now and takes users out of the app anyway
