Update name values to match official formatting

Some minor name formatting updates to reflect how these apps refer to themselves in their own websites, social media, etc.

A problem with changing the names around is that it is effectively the primary key. I suspect it would probably benefit most consumers of this data to leave the names stable except for in the most dramatic circumstances, and keep the formatting in a mapping at display time.
