Description

Develop the frontend page that allows users to create new issues.

The project currently lacks a dedicated page for issue creation. This page is essential for users to submit new issues through the UI.

Tasks

• Implement the issue creation form.
• Integrate the form with the backend issue service API.
• Provide form validation and user-friendly error messages.
• Ensure a smooth user experience, including loading and success states.
• Add end-to-end tests to cover the page’s functionality.

Notes

• Follow the existing UI design patterns and styles.
• Design will be provided upon assigning the task.
