events alerts的表结构提交script那个项目的PR了，其他的表结构也都是定义在那里，就都统一放那里了 |

1、alarm收到一条新的PROBLEM事件时，会往events、alerts表中增加一条记录
2、alarm收到一条OK的事件时，会往events表新增一条记录，更新alerts表中相关记录的状态为OK
3、在页面上，标注一条告警为solved时，会往events表中增加一条记录，更新alerts表的状态
