Describe the bug
After migration from 1.2.8 to 1.3.0, the web UI is getting into an infinite redirect, preventing users to log in.

To Reproduce

Go to log-in page

Expected behavior
The login page should be loaded and enable you to login into the application

Version:

  • OpenMetadata version: 1.3.0

Additional context
Tested on application deployed via K8S with Okta as the single sign on provider.
