Article "快速启动｜3: 在标准数据集上训练自定义模型" missed in the Chinese Documentation

Describe the bug
The Chinese version of the documentation 快速启动｜3: 在标准数据集上训练自定义模型 is not shown in the sidebar, as well as in the table of contents at welcome page, while it is accessible by the absolute link.

Reproduction

1. Visit https://mmdetection.readthedocs.io/zh_CN/latest/, find "快速启动" in the table of contents. No "3: 在标准数据集上训练自定义模型";
2. The (left) sidebar of the page also doesn't contain "3: 在标准数据集上训练自定义模型" in section "快速启动".

Environment

• Microsoft Edge Version 104.0.1293.54 (Official build) (arm64)
• (or) Safari Version 15.5 (17613.2.7.1.8)
