typo in documentation metadata example

Short description

Was looking at docs regarding annotations and noticed a simple typo higer in the metadata example:

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.openpolicyagent.org/docs/latest/policy-reference/#example
2. Look at the second code block
3. See the typo in the first # METADATA section
