The tutorial is a bit out of date now. Specifically, the service hostname can be used instead of a static IP address. Also kube-mgmt should be updated to v0.5 (from v0.4).

As part of this we should create an integration test that least exercises the policy against canned inputs.

The v1.9 webhook support contains a bug that causes CONNECT operations
to fail. We can add the privileged exec example back once that's fixed.
