Bug: Live chat icon overlaps create highlight button on mobile

Describe the bug

When accessing the application on mobile devices, the Live Chat icon overlaps the "Create Highlight" button.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://insights.opensauced.pizza/feed
2. Open the application on a mobile device.
3. Observe that the Live Chat icon is overlapping a part of the "Create Highlight" button.
