Bug: Reactions on Issue table isn't working

Describe the bug

Currently, it appears that all reactions are 0 on the issue table in workspaces. However, when I cross-checked with nodejs, I don't think they're accurate. This is an image from the nodejs/node repo issues. Note that there are 5 thumbs up here nodejs/node#52987

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://app.opensauced.pizza/workspaces/170c4257-389d-4faa-8dfd-a976d04dd3b9/issues?page=1&limit=50
2. use your find short cut to go to import-in-the-middle
3. See the attached img.

Can reproduce and also tested with another issue in the Supabase repo, it says reaction is 0 but there is a reaction on it.
