Description
Add a note about native OTel SDK instrumentation that will be coming to Elasticsearch in the future.
The initial scope of the linked issue is to replace Elasticsearch's use of the Elastic APM Java Agent with the OpenTelemetry Java SDK, primarily for tracing and APM use cases.
Once this is completed, there will be an avenue for natively producing OpenTelemetry metrics related to cluster and node health, index statistics, etc. i.e. all the things this receiver covers.
