Fixes deprecation warning message:

site-packages/opentelemetry/util/_decorator.py:66: DeprecationWarning: 'asyncio.iscoroutinefunction' is deprecated and slated for removal in Python 3.16; use inspect.iscoroutinefunction() instead
    if asyncio.iscoroutinefunction(func):
