Summary
This change is related to open-vela/nuttx_fs_fatfs#1, which aims to correctly save the bitmap cache snapshot when the device is restarted/shutdown
Impact
In the case of using exfat, reboot/shutdown and other behaviors will save bitmap cache
Testing
Tested on Qemu / real devices, it works fine.
