Summary:

Currently, the material stepper is allowing to proceed to review fragment on making a transfer within the same account which should be prohibited.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Run the app
  2. Transfer
  3. Complete the process

Expected behaviour:

User should not be allowed to movew to review fragment in case details are incorrect.

Observed behaviour:

user is allowed to move to review fragment.

Device and Android version:

Android 5.0.2,API 21
