I expect not all proxies work with websockets, fall back to http if websockets fail.

Rename connection_manager module and related fields/methods to transport_manager, updating imports, exports, tests, and ModelClient/Session plumbing to use TransportManager consistently.

not in love with this single field class that has to be dragged everywhere but we need a bit that is persisted throughout the session

Add otel counter for websocket transport fallbacks to HTTP and emit a user-facing warning event when switching transports after exceeding stream retry budget.
