In the thumbnail selection, segments are shown in the scrubber and currently active (playback time matches the segment) segments are highlighted, suggesting that users can do something with these segments. They can't. That's why it would probably be better to not highlight them.

In the thumbnail editor, a timeline similar to the one in the cutting
view is visible. One thing they share is highlighting individual
segments on the timeline. This makes no sense in the thumbnail
editor, as you cannot interact with the segments at all. This fixes
that.
