this pull request contains

• the source code of the copilot-widget react application.
  with some changes and they are:
  [1] - removing the sound effects static files and serving them instead.
  [2] - prefixing the tailwindcss class names with -opencopilot prefix.
  some specs:
  simple react tailwindcss styled application => the user won't have to do any thing with react application, simply link the js file and every thing should be fine.
• added docs readme.md file inside to guide the installation of build script.
• simple git action to build the application whenever change occurs under copilot-widget/* directory.
