I'm building off of work from a previous member at Code4Sac. I want to get some data in for Sacramento so that we can power a local Councilmatic application.

There was not much to go off of, but I was able to get some data locally with these changes.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for this PR.

Hi @feydan, I'm sorry, I was a little confused about what repo I was looking at.

This repo is not the appropriate one for your scraper. You should add it to https://github.com/opencivicdata/scrapers-us-municipal
