As tests/fuzzing/oss_fuzz_build.sh is still in the list of oss-fuzz building scripts, fix the inaccurate location of fuzzer FuzzUIDMap.
P.S. If possible, I am willing to help synchronize with the harness from cncf-fuzzing and augment the fuzzing drivers for more.
