Can't install the opencv latest version in nvidia jetson xavier NX

I have tired to install "imgaug" package in my device. But it's dependency packages need OpenCV==4.10.0.84 version.
when I try to install that version I getting error like this

• operating system == Ubuntu 18.4 (jetpack 4.6)
• architecture == aarch64
• opencv-python version == 4.10.0.84
• python version == 3.6.9
