This removes the existing codebase in favour of a skeleton GA4 client and data-payload builders. This tries to not modify the API from this repo too much, instead it intends to adapt the UA library's input and tries to build sane GA4 events.
Note: The events generated by this client is not visible on the Google Analytics UI, it is debatable if this change is at all useful at this point.
