  • Remove outdated Travis CI badge
  • s/edX/Open edX/
  • Add note about Tutor - currently unknown if this package works on Tutor, but Devstack is deprecated.
  • Drop Codecov from 100 -> 90 (currently this check has been failing on master for months. Also 80 is the generally accepted standard beyond which you see diminishing results. But - this repo is at 98 so didn't want to drop drastically)

@feanil any objection to knocking down codecov a bit? master is failing on it for quite some time and it seems at this point an ignored check. https://github.com/openedx/registrar/blob/master/codecov.yml
