the edunext / unidigital team has buildind this capability and PR to add visibility into the list of students that are in a blocked state, so that instructors can be aware of them and take the appropriate action.

It is not limited to the usecase of unlocking students, as it allows to see the list of students in any particular state for the activity.
The pr is here: #2025
