Bug: Same title in Before and After sync modal

Steps to reproduce

• Import a section in a course
• Rename the section in the library, publish.
• Click on sync button. The new title doesn't appear in the "After" block

The same for the breadcrumbs for subsection and units:

Hi! Renames are showing correctly on cards, but are not showing correctly on the headers.

Reused level: Renames are not showing correctly in the before/after heading for top level objects (shows 'before' heading on both sides of the diff)
Ex: "1. Section 2476" has been updated to "1. Section 2476 usedit". In the 'before' and 'after' diff sides, only the original name is shown:

Descendants: Renames are not showing correctly for descendants in breadcrumbs (currently showing renamed title in both before/after breadcrumbs
ex: for "1.1 Subsection 2476" that is used as a child of "1. Subsection 2476". The subsection is renamed and published as 1.1 Subsection 2476 usedit". The before and after breadcrumbs both show the edited title.

This behavior is also occurring for grandchild elements (units used as part of a section).
