pluginProps for the HomeCourseCardSlot and HomeCoursesListSlot

Description

Some aspects of the plugin slots should be improved in a follow-up, specifically the way pluginProps are handled for the course card and course list slots.

• HomeCourseCardSlot and HomeCoursesListSlot currently do not provide sufficient pluginProps
• This is more critical for HomeCourseCardSlot than for HomeCoursesListSlot.
  • If a site operator fully replaces the list, they can likely handle fetching the data themselves.
  • If a site operator replaces only the cards, they will likely need access to the course information associated with each card.

Hi @brian-smith-tcril! Do you mean adding the courseData prop to pluginProps and documenting it under Plugin Props in the README.md, like we did for CourseAboutOverviewSlot?

I think there are a couple things we should do here.

For HomeCourseCardSlot:

• Update CourseCard to only take in the props it needs instead of the full courseData object
• Update HomeCourseCardSlot's props to reflect the changes to CourseCard
• Add the new props to HomeCourseCardSlot's pluginProps
• Add an example to the HomeCourseCardSlot README that uses the new plugin props

For HomeCoursesListSlot (this might be optional, I'm open to keeping this as a slot without plugin props):

• Move the logic for getting the course data out of the CoursesList component
  • We could probably move it to the HomeCoursesListSlot component, and then pass it in as props to the CoursesList component and as plugin props to the PluginSlot component in there
• Add an example to the HomeCoursesListSlot README that uses the new plugin props

I'm going to close this as complete now that #70 landed. If we want to add props to HomeCoursesListSlot in the future that can be a separate issue/PR.
